Sit Around and Wait reconsiders the lament of a scientist waiting for a centrifuge in a biotech lab. The phrase, rendered in neon, invites viewers to settle into a bale of hay to do exactly that while watching a molecular animation of proteins unraveling. The sign functions as an invitation, a command, and a resignation. But also a mantra for moments of uncertainty and anticipation.
