Squint is a four-color limited edition lithograph print created in collaboration with Normal Editions as an Artist-in-Residence at Illinois State University. Squint uses electromyography (EMG) data collected while squinting to generate pattern and color. The numerical EMG data was visualized in custom software that was written to repeat, and randomly colorize EMG waveforms.
